Nice to meet you! We are Tinka - your financial sidekick. We believe that everyone deserves it to feel financial empowered, therefore offer a variety of flexible payment options to help you shop now and pay later. With over 60 years of experience in the financial sector and since 2021 we became an independent company and offer our services to even more outstanding online and offline retailers.

Our benefits package
We believe that work should fit into whatever life you desire and have designed for yourself. We offer a safe and healthy workspace at home, at Tinka HQ or at one of our co-workspaces. The choice is up to you!
We're not deciding where you work: you organize your work as fits you best. This means there's no minimum or maximum of days you need to come to the office. If you like to work from another location (even country) just discuss this with your manager and your team and make it happen!
Other benefits include:
- We pay salaries commensurate with experience, skills and ‘market’;
- Next to that you will get 25 days’ holiday per year and get an 8.5% annual holiday allowance, which grosses up your base annual salary by 8.5% per year so you have more to spend when you’re on holiday (it’s a Dutch thing);
- We offer a 2% end of the year bonus;
- You will contribute to a pension plan;
- Exchange possibilities for extra holidays or travel allowance;
- Bring Your Own Phone allowance, based on your choice!
